This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") sets forth the terms and conditions for your use of the Sean mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the "App"), a noise monitoring and community assistant tool developed for personal and non-commercial use. By downloading, installing, opening or using any function of the Sean App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and voluntarily agreed to abide by all the contents of this Agreement. The Sean App supports direct use without account registration or login, and your use of the App in this mode is still subject to the constraints of this Agreement.
The Sean App is designed to provide users with noise monitoring, stress relief, community communication and related auxiliary services for daily life, including but not limited to real-time environmental decibel measurement, noise trend visualization, location-based noise map annotation, automatic night monitoring mode, community communication template recommendation, AI-generated communication suggestions, sleepless AI chat interaction, noise blocking soothing music playback, CSV format decibel data export, and AI inquiry usage frequency balance management. All functions of the App are provided for personal, non-commercial and non-profit use by individual users only. You shall not use the App for any commercial activities, including but not limited to selling the App's services, using the App's data for commercial profit, or reselling the exported data of the App to third parties.
You may only use the Sean App on mobile devices that you legally own or have the right to use, and shall ensure that your use of the App complies with the relevant rules of your mobile device's operating system and the application store where the App is downloaded. The App is available for mobile terminal use only, and shall not be adapted, decompiled or run on other non-mobile devices without permission.
When using the Sean App, you shall ensure that your all behaviors and the information you input, upload or annotate (including but not limited to location information on the noise map, comments, and communication content edited through the App's template) are true, legal, and compliant with public morality and community norms, and shall not infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of third parties (including neighbors, property management companies, and other community residents).
If your behavior violates the above norms, the App operator has the right to restrict or suspend your use of part or all of the App's functions at any time without prior notice. If your improper use causes losses to the App operator or third parties, you shall bear the corresponding compensation responsibility independently.
The Sean App provides a variety of functional modules, and each module has the corresponding use rules to ensure the normal and efficient operation of the function and the fairness of use for all users:
All intellectual property rights related to the Sean App, including but not limited to software copyright, trademark right, patent right, copyright of the App's interface design, functional design, communication template, AI algorithm model, music resources, and text and picture content in the App, are exclusively owned by the App operator. Without the written permission of the operator, you shall not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, translate, decompile, reverse engineer the App or any part of its content, nor shall you use the App's intellectual property rights for any commercial or non-authorized purposes.
You shall retain all the intellectual property rights of the content independently created by you when using the App (such as the noise map annotations edited by you, the communication content written by you, and the exported decibel data collected by you). The App operator shall not claim any rights to the above user-generated content, but you authorize the operator to store, display and process the above content on your mobile device for the purpose of providing App services.
To provide users with a better use experience and optimize the App's performance and functions, the App operator has the right to update the App's version, adjust, add or delete the App's functions at any time according to technical development, user demand feedback and market changes. The App will push update reminders to users on the mobile terminal when necessary, and users can choose to update the App voluntarily. The updated App will still be subject to this Agreement, and if the update involves major changes to the service terms, the operator will prompt users to read the updated terms before the update.
Some functions of the App may be temporarily suspended or stopped due to technical maintenance, server upgrade, policy adjustment or other objective reasons. The operator will try its best to notify users through the App's internal prompt or other reasonable ways in advance, and will restore the normal use of the functions as soon as possible. The operator shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses caused to users due to the temporary suspension or stop of the function due to the above objective reasons.
User's Rights: You have the right to use all the free functions of the Sean App in accordance with this Agreement; you have the right to independently set the App's functional parameters (such as monitoring sensitivity, night mode time, AI chat settings) according to your own needs; you have the right to export, save and use the decibel data collected by you through the App; you have the right to feedback the App's functional problems, use suggestions and dissatisfaction to the App operator through the designated contact method; you have the right to uninstall the App at any time and stop using the App's services.
User's Obligations: You shall abide by all the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the relevant norms of the community and public order; you shall ensure that your mobile device has a normal network connection and hardware performance when using the App's network-related functions (such as AI chat, online music playback); you shall be responsible for the security of your mobile device, and take corresponding measures to prevent the loss, leakage or tampering of the App's local data (such as decibel data, noise map annotations) caused by the loss of the mobile device, virus invasion or other reasons; you shall timely feedback the App's bugs, errors or abnormal operation to the operator, and shall not spread the App's abnormal information or use the bugs to obtain improper benefits; you shall not transfer or lend your right to use the App to others, nor shall you share the App's use rights in any form.
The Sean App is developed and provided for daily life auxiliary use, and the operator has made the best efforts to ensure the normal operation and functional accuracy of the App, but the following situations are not within the scope of the operator's responsibility:
The operator shall not be liable for any force majeure events (including but not limited to natural disasters, wars, government policies, network attacks, server failures beyond the operator's control) that lead to the suspension or inability of the App's services.
The App operator has the right to modify or supplement the content of this Agreement at any time according to the actual situation of App operation and relevant changes. The modified Agreement will be published in the App in the form of an internal prompt, and the modified content will take effect from the date of publication. If you continue to use the Sean App after the modification of the Agreement, it means that you have read, understood and agreed to the modified Agreement. If you do not agree with the modified Agreement, you shall stop using the App immediately.

The operator will review and reply to your questions and feedback as soon as possible within a reasonable time.
